In 1992 the idea of creating a company that would provide world class air transportation in the Dominican Republic was born. The visionary idea at the time was to utilize helicopters to facilitate a variety of solutions otherwise non-existent in the country. The primary idea was to be able to offer transportation, entertainment, charter flights and tourist sightseeing.

For this reason, HELIDOSA was created and since then has become the largest helicopter company in the Dominican Republic and a pioneer in the aviation industry. HELIDOSA has become a synonym for prestige in local and national markets, obtaining high brand recognition, based in its record of high safety measures and excellence in customer service.
